My new photography street art piece in Uganda

Posted on November 10, 2016

I’ve just come back from the Tororo region of Uganda with the Safe Foundation charity, who were there on a project consisting of a clay oven build, cookery classes by Lia’s Kitchen and business planning sessions. Last year I documented the same project and got a range of photographs printed in Cardiff which I then brought with me on this trip. This large wall is on the outside of the volunteers accommodation called Romo house and was transformed into a gallery of the people from the local community.

This was a real team effort and massive thanks has to go to the staff at Romo house, Mary, Andrew, JoJo, the Safe foundation volunteers, Dicko, Lia, Georgia, Grant [my uk printer] and all the people who helped me to make this a reality – you know who you are.

Big Love Festival – Paste Up Project

Posted on May 2, 2016

Just come back from the Big Love festival at Baskerville hall, Hay on Wye, Wales where our mini team produced this paste up wall by the camping field. The photos were taken on the Friday of the festival goers & performers, then sent to Cardiff to print and then applied Saturday afternoon.

Massive thank you goes to the printers from Signs Express in Cardiff [especially Grant & Josh], the fellow photographers Suzie Larke, Badger and Spike Clark [who also spray painted this crazy background] and Lia Moutselou who helped me cut & paste x

This wall art is dedicated to all the efforts of the crew behind the festival, especially Stu Housley and Matt the Hat.

Big Love x
